Empowering Minds, Transforming Lives Together

You may be feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you—emotionally, relationally, or within yourself. Whether you’re managing anxiety, stepping into a new role as a parent, or trying to break habits you didn’t choose but inherited, therapy can offer a space to reflect, reset, and move forward with intention.

I’m Crystal—a licensed psychotherapist, a Black woman, a vegan mama, and someone who believes deeply in the power of healing and personal transformation. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from George Mason University in 2018 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in 2023. I have worked with youth, adults, and families across school-based, community, and private practice settings for over a decade. I support teens, adults, and families as they move through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural awareness, and the belief that healing happens in both small steps and deep shifts.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. I also incorporate somatic work to help you tune into the body’s wisdom and build emotional regulation from the inside out. For caregivers and families, I use parent management strategies and strengths-based tools to support growth across generations.

Together, we’ll examine the patterns—big or small—that are holding you back, and develop the insight, skills, and self-trust needed to move forward. Whether you’re setting boundaries for the first time, adjusting to a new identity as a parent, or learning to soothe your nervous system instead of silencing it, I’m here to help you do the work—with care, curiosity, and zero judgment.

This work isn’t about having it all figured out. It’s about showing up with honesty, building self-awareness, and creating space for lasting change.

You’ve already taken the first step by being here. I’d be honored to walk with you the rest of the way.
